Zertifikat silicate paint is a super-washable potassium silicate paint, designed for the protection and decoration of facades.

This product is highly recommended to be used as a final coat in the case of:

- thermal insulation with polystyrene or basalt mineral wool;

- sand-cement-lime plasters;

- mortar groups CSII/CSIII, CSIII/CSIV, according to DIN EN 998-1;

- concrete surfaces;

- brick masonry and other load-bearing mineral surfaces.

This product allows the walls to breathe.

Advantages:

- High permeability to water vapors, thus eliminating the danger of condensation and, as a direct consequence, stops the microbial proliferation;

- Good adhesion enhanced by the silicification / binding to the mineral support;

- Provides strong anti-fungal properties, thus eliminating the need to use additional biocides (prevents the growth of microorganisms, algae, mold, fungi on the painted surface);

- It is fireproof;

- Long-lasting color resistance to: UV rays, weathering, temperature variations, humidity, alkalis;
